Annual General Meeting

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is to immediately precede our Ordinary Committee Meeting on July 23rd at 07:30 PM at the Kalang Oval pavilion.

The main business of the AGM is to:

• receive reports on the operation of the Advisory Committee during the preceding financial year, including financial statements
• elect Office Bearers for the coming year.

ALL volunteers and the local community are most welcome to attend.
