On Thursday 15/8, we’ll be sheet mulching in the north-east quadrant of the bed adjacent to the Garie Street playground in Blacks Walk.
Although we weeded out most of the patch last time we were on-site, there’s some weeding to do first – so we’ll spend the first 30-45 minutes cleaning up some weed on the northern boundary and then get stuck into the mulching along with some more weeding reserved for the weeding specialists.

Should be plenty of parking in the Garie Street carpark nearby..
Last Working Bee
Last week we had a crack at the Fumitory and friends between the creek and the main track north of Kalang Oval. I’d have to admit we didn’t get that far despite a good turn-out. We’ll have to have another go at that area soon.
